In the blog post "Our Googley advice to students: Major in learning" by Jonathan Rosenburg, it talks about how the Google workers need special skills to work in the company to make it better. What matters is if people don't have the right skills people won't be able to improve what or who they work for. This matters to me because if I don't make the person or the company that I work for happy with how I'm improving it they might fire me. This matters to education because kids need to be taught these skills so they can be successful. This matters to the world because if people don't improve then we will always be the same. I think malevolent people shouldn't wish bad things to the people who try and become successful just because there to lays to work at it.
